SERVICES
All lawn and grass area will be meticulously maintained and evenly cut year-round. The frequency of the mowing services shall be designed around the annual growing season and the specific needs of your grounds.
Grass Trimming:
Each mowing service, landscape, tree-base, sign, bed, fence, or shrub will be meticulously trimmed and aligned with an even cut level of mowed grass.
Edging:
Each mowing service, all walkways, parking lots, curbs, paved areas, and landscape perimeters.
Tree and Hedge Trimming:
The even of all shrubs, hedges and bushes will be cultivated bi-weekly according to your needs.
Landscape Beds:
Particular attention will be given to the landscape beds. These areas will be maintained monthly throughout the year. During this service we will also include the maintenance of the lower canopies of the trees and select palms on the ground.
Fall Clean - up:
GLL LLC provides whatever is needed to get your property ready for the next season. We provide raking up leaves and composting them, updating seasonal flowers, weed control, mulching with leaves/ grass clippings, fertilizer applications, pruning, cleaning up branches and lawn debris, cutting the grass.
